We offer a fully coordinated, vendor-neutral, end-to-end managed training service which frees up your internal resources to work on more strategic initiatives.

How Does It Work?

• We engage a panel of ASQA compliant RTOs that cover Australia.
• Your staff member selects a course, date and location.
• We match the RTO with your staff’s request.
• The RTO emails the staff member and handles communication throughout the process.
• Once completed, the student completes a survey, and the RTO issues their certificate of competency.
• The RTO invoices us and we invoice you for the course with NO MARKUP.
• You pay a monthly Service Fee for us to act as your MTSP.
• We provide consolidated reporting and trend analysis.
