WHY ENGAGE AN MTSP

• Clients free up internal resources for more important tasks rather than manage their training programs
• ​Client’s students receive the most appropriate training in their preferred location from our vendor neutral panel of pre-vetted RTOs.
• ​We lock in preferred rate cards with each RTO for our clients with NO MARKUP
• ​Clients receive consolidated reporting on all aspects of their program
•   Clients no longer need to interact with numerous RTOs nationwide – we do that for them!
• Clients pay us an all-inclusive monthly Service Fee to manage their training program (in addition to paying the RTOs)​

HOW DOES IT WORK

While we are flexible to ensure the service meets your requirements, a typical MTSP arrangement would be as follows:

• We engage a panel of RTOs that are ASQA compliant and are capable of delivering courses in various jurisdictions.​
• We engage these RTOs by entering into preferred supplier agreements with pre-agreed rate cards – all transparent to you.​
• We approach one of the RTOs on our panel to provide the service.​
• Your staff /students select if they want to attend the course in your CRM or similar.​
• You pass on the names to us, and we lock in the RTO.​
• The RTO emails the student and maintains direct contact with them throughout the process.​
• Integrity Health & Safety communicates only with your L&D manager.​
• Once the course is completed, the students complete a survey, and the RTO issues them with a certificate of competency. ​
• The RTO invoices us and we invoice you for the course with NO MARKUP.​
• We invoice you a monthly Service Fee to be the MTSP.​
